Our History:

A subsidiary company acquired by Cyntrix Inc., has been in advertising/direct marketing since 1988. The product that they offer is a print coupon advertisement that was delivered locally to customers around the subscribing advertisers place of business. The success of that subsidiary's product led to the growth and development of new products and delivery mechanisms. In 1998 the company acquired a contact management system that was designed and integrated into a secure virtual private platform. This was developed for tracking the delivery and redemption of all campaigns.

This process allowed us to target each campaign and track our databases for past success rates and allows us to forecast future projections on campaigns. In 2000 another subsidiary company was acquired which added an integrated call center solution to the platform. This was the first time live customer interaction was performed by our company. The success of these programs combined with the growth of the internet, demanded that in 2001 we add an email platform to the program. In 2008 we further our reach by adding mobile messaging to our delivery programs, Cellular marketing has allowed our clients to have a huge advantage over their competitors. This succession of the integration of the delivery systems has allowed for extreme tracking and data hygiene combined with double digit conversions.
